Agreement

These terms apply when you visit Improve ASO, purchase an iOS ASO report or subscription, or use an ongoing service. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

The service

Improve ASO is a founder-led iOS App Store optimization and Apple Ads setup service. Quick Report, Snapshot, and Apple Ads Launch are one-time professional services. Growth and Studio are auto-renewing six-month subscriptions for longer ASO collaboration engagements.

The service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. “App Store” is used descriptively and is a trademark of Apple Inc.

Scope and delivery

The scope shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase forms part of the order. One-time reports are normally delivered within three business days after payment and receipt of a complete intake. Missing, inaccurate, or delayed intake information pauses that delivery window.

Quick Report provides analysis and recommendations only. Snapshot includes the Quick Report, an approval walkthrough, and one implementation pass for the approved title, subtitle, and private keyword-field recommendations covered by the report. New screenshot design, visual asset production, ongoing monitoring, and changes outside the approved scope are excluded unless separately agreed.

Apple Ads Launch is separate from the ASO plans. It covers one app and one storefront, with an existing-account audit or agreed campaign setup, starting bids and budget guardrails, a handoff, and one review after approximately 14 days. Advertising spend, ongoing management, creative production, and additional storefronts are excluded unless separately agreed.

Your responsibilities

  • You must be the developer, publisher, or authorized representative of the submitted app.
  • You must provide accurate, lawful information and avoid sending credentials, payment-card data, or unrelated sensitive information.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing and approving recommendations. Snapshot implementation begins only after explicit approval and appropriate App Store Connect authorization is arranged separately.
  • For Apple Ads Launch, you remain the advertiser and are responsible for the Apple Ads account, payment method, campaign spend, legal compliance, and final approval of budgets and launch settings. Access must be provided through the relevant campaign group. Do not provide your Apple Account password.
  • You must not resell, white-label, scrape, or systematically reproduce the service without written permission.

Payments

Prices are displayed in USD. Taxes may be added where required. Website checkout purchases and subscriptions, including Apple Ads Launch, are charged through RevenueCat Web Billing and its payment processors. Growth and Studio are billed at the start of each six-month subscription period and renew automatically until canceled.

The Quick Report launch discount applies only while the 50% offer is shown as active. Later purchases use the current displayed price.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation and a refund before analysis work begins. Once work has begun, completed professional service work is generally non-refundable. If Improve ASO cannot deliver the purchased scope, you may choose a re-run, reasonable correction, or refund for the undelivered service.

You may cancel Growth or Studio through the RevenueCat customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund or shorten the current period.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

No guaranteed outcomes

Recommendations are based on supplied information, public store data, observed competitor patterns, Apple Ads account data where authorized, professional judgment, and ASO or advertising practices. App Store algorithms, ad auctions, competition, attribution, and market conditions are outside Improve ASO’s control. Rankings, impressions, taps, installs, conversion, acquisition cost, return on ad spend, downloads, revenue, featuring, or review outcomes are not guaranteed.

Reports and intellectual property

After payment, you may use the delivered report internally for the submitted app. Improve ASO retains ownership of its general methods, templates, presentation system, and pre-existing materials. Your app content and confidential intake information remain yours.

Improve ASO will not publish your private intake, report, testimonial, logo, or measured result as a case study without permission.

Third-party services

The site relies on Apple for public App Store data and on RevenueCat, its payment processors, Google, and infrastructure providers for parts of the service. Availability or accuracy of third-party systems cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Improve ASO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of recommendations or third-party services. Total liability relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and termination

The service or these terms may change over time. Changes do not retroactively reduce an already purchased one-time scope. Access may be refused or terminated for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or material breach.
