Improve ASO is a founder-led iOS App Store optimization and Apple Ads setup service. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit improveaso.com, purchase a service, submit a private intake, or enquire about Apple Ads setup.

Information you provide
- Your email address and selected service.
- The iOS App Store URL you submit after checkout.
- Your private App Store Connect keyword field and competitors, when you choose to provide them.
- Support messages, enquiries, and feedback.
- Apple Ads campaign information and the limited campaign-group access you arrange when purchasing Apple Ads Launch.
- Payment and billing details provided directly to RevenueCat Web Billing and its payment processors. Improve ASO does not receive or store your full card number.
Public App Store information
When you submit an app, the service may request publicly available information from Apple, such as the app name, developer, icon, description, screenshots, category, ratings, and App Store identifier. Apple does not expose the private keyword field publicly, so it is processed only when you optionally provide it through the intake form.
How information is used
- To process an order or manage a subscription.
- To prepare, deliver, and discuss the purchased ASO report.
- To audit, configure, and review Apple Ads campaigns within the agreed service scope.
- To match an intake submission with its RevenueCat transaction.
- To respond to support and exercise legal rights.
- To prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
- With consent, to understand aggregate website use through Google Analytics 4.
Service providers
- RevenueCat provides hosted checkout and purchase records.
- RevenueCat payment processors process payment details used by RevenueCat Web Billing.
- Google Analytics 4 measures website activity only after analytics consent. Email addresses, app URLs, and private intake answers are not sent as analytics event parameters.
- Cloudflare provides website and form-processing infrastructure.
- Apple provides public App Store data and operates the Apple Ads campaign platform.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights. Improve ASO does not sell personal information.
Cookies and local browser storage
The site stores the selected plan, checkout identifier, and attribution details temporarily in the browser so the post-payment intake can be completed. RevenueCat may use storage necessary for checkout. Google Analytics storage is denied by default and enabled only after consent. You can change the analytics choice by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Retention
Order, payment, and accounting records are retained as required for tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Intake and report-working data are retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, handle follow-up, and resolve disputes. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings. Browser checkout context is removed after a successful intake submission.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Send requests to [email protected].
Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, including HTTPS and access controls. Providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for app developers and businesses, not children. Improve ASO does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
